Gaining Satisfaction From Driving Well.

During my years as a Driving Instructor, it has become apparent that there are an increasing number of pupils who use their parent’s car to gain additional driving experience. This can prove invaluable and increase general confidence when attending the Driving Test. However, it is often the case where the parents teach their children differently to the way the Driving Instructor has taught them, thus inevitably leading to conflict between pupil and parent. The Driving Test has changed substantially over the years, and with the best will in the world, many parents will have picked up bad habits since sitting the test many years ago. For this reason alone, we have had many requests for Refresher Courses from People who wish to drive to a higher standard, and iron out any bad habits they have developed over the years. Many have also gone on take Advanced Driver Qualifications, details of which can be found in the relevant section of this website.

Are not confident with the ever increasing number of drivers on the road
New road infrastructures that are increasingly more challenging and difficult to understand.
Driven abroad for a number of years and used to driving on the opposite side of the road
